AI Detector Pro ("ADP," "the Service") is a product of Find A Way, LLC, doing business as Find A Way Limited ("FAWL," "we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company (working title — entity name subject to change upon formal registration). ADP is a software tool that automatically checks legal citations found in user-uploaded documents against publicly available legal databases and indices. ADP is an informational verification tool, not a legal service, law firm, or attorney.
The Service does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal recommendations, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and ADP, FAWL, or any of their operators, employees, or contractors by your use of the Service.
ADP is an automated software tool that performs mechanical operations: extracting text patterns from documents, matching those patterns against public databases, and presenting the results. When ADP's Deep Analysis feature uses artificial intelligence to assess citations, it is generating automated informational output — not practicing law, rendering legal opinions, or making legal judgments.
Specifically, ADP does not:
You should not rely solely on ADP's output when making legal decisions. Always consult with a qualified, licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
ADP checks citations against specific databases and indices (including the Florida Statutes index from flsenate.gov, CourtListener, Google Scholar, and web search engines). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our verification results are complete, current, or error-free. Specifically:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. FAWL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FAWL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
You acknowledge that the use of an automated citation verification tool — including one that employs artificial intelligence — carries inherent risks, including but not limited to incorrect results, missed citations, false confidence in verification status, and potential misinterpretation of AI-generated analysis. By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with reliance on automated legal research tools, including any consequences arising from filing documents with courts based on ADP's output.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all legal citations before filing any document with any court. ADP is a first-pass screening tool, not a substitute for thorough legal research. You acknowledge that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAWL, ADP, and their operators, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ADP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00 USD).
ADP's Deep Analysis feature sends citation text, surrounding document context, and document summaries to third-party artificial intelligence providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) for independent analysis. Multiple AI models assess each citation, and their outputs are aggregated using a consensus algorithm.
You acknowledge and agree that:
If you purchase an Expert Review, your document and report will be reviewed by ADP staff using AI analysis tools and, where applicable, human verification. Expert Review results are still informational only and do not constitute legal advice. Expert Review does not create an attorney-client relationship.
The Service is currently in beta / early access. During the beta period:
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAWL, ADP, and their members, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
Mandatory Mediation. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Escambia County, Florida before any court action may be filed. The party initiating the dispute shall bear all costs of mediation, including mediator fees, filing fees, and venue costs.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against FAWL, ADP, or any of their members, operators, employees, contractors, or affiliates. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this dispute resolution section (except for the governing law provision) shall be null and void.
Exclusive Venue. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any legal action must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
Waiver of Jury Trial. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL in any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or the Service. Any trial shall be conducted as a bench trial before a judge.
Prevailing Party Attorney's Fees. In any legal action arising from these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the other party.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court in Escambia County, Florida, if the claim qualifies under applicable jurisdictional limits.
Time Limitation. Any claim arising from or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your stored documents and reports. If you wish to retrieve your data before termination takes effect, you must do so promptly.
By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional and marketing emails from ADP, including feature announcements, special offers, and discounts. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional emails (such as account confirmation, password reset, and expert review notifications).
You should not upload documents containing attorney-client privileged communications, work product, or other legally protected confidential information. Uploading a document to ADP may constitute disclosure to a third party (including third-party AI providers used for Deep Analysis), which could waive or compromise attorney-client privilege or other legal protections. You are solely responsible for determining whether uploading a particular document is appropriate given its confidentiality status.
When you upload a document, ADP processes it to extract and verify citations. Uploaded documents, extracted text, and generated reports are stored on our servers for authenticated users until deletion is requested. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, who can access it, how long we retain it, and how you can request deletion.
You agree not to:
The ADP software, branding, and website content are the property of FAWL. Verification reports generated for you are yours to use. The underlying legal texts (statutes, rules, case law) remain in the public domain.
FAWL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party API outages (including AI provider outages), power failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or labor disputes.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users in accordance with Florida Statute § 501.171 and any other applicable data breach notification laws. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account no later than 30 days after discovery of the breach. Notification will include: the nature of the breach, the types of data affected, steps we are taking in response, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes (changes to liability, dispute resolution, or data handling provisions), we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered users before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FAWL regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, with respect to the Service.
